Three guides, in depth
Each guide walks through the real screens, gives a worked example and lists what that part of Atrium does not do.
Bill and collect
GST invoicing and GSTR-1
Invoices with the place of supply set to the branch, a SAC code on every line, payments recorded by UTR, credit notes, and GSTR-1 as CSV files.
Space and bookings
Floor maps and bookings
Live floor maps, a drag-and-drop layout editor, cabins let by the seat, and bookings that the database will not let overlap.
Front desk
Visitors, day passes and hot desks
A visitor register that keeps the ID type and the last four digits, day passes with a reference, a hot-desk board and a virtual-office post log.
Everything Atrium does, by job
The names in bold are the screens in the app's menu.
Set up the space
A setup wizard creates your first branches, floors, desks, cabins and rooms in one guided flow. Branches are unlimited, each with its own address, state and GSTIN. Every floor has a live map and a drag-and-drop Floor layout editor, Seats & rooms takes bulk changes through a spreadsheet, and Cabins are made of real seats. A Price list keeps a rate card for each branch. In depth: Floor maps and bookings
Sell
Leads is the enquiry pipeline: New, Contacted, Tour booked, Proposal, Negotiation, Won and Lost, with each lead's requirement, budget, follow-up date, owner and activity log. A won lead converts into a member, and Events carries an event enquiry through to an invoice. Public pages for enquiries, tours and day passes are switched on by Sehsaa on request.
Run the front desk
Bookings and Room availability handle desks, cabins and meeting rooms. Visitor entries is the visitor register, Day passes issues and tracks passes, Hot desks shows who is in and which desks are free, and VO post logs post for virtual-office clients. In depth: Front desk
Members and contracts
Members holds each member company with its contacts, GSTIN, PAN, state, billing address and uploaded documents. Agreements record start and end dates, notice period, monthly fee, deposit and billing cycle. Renewals lists agreements that are running out, and Deposits tracks what is held, received, deducted and refunded. Virtual office adds plans, premises and a generated document pack, and Meeting credits sets included meeting-room hours.
Bill and collect
Staff raise Invoices from an agreement and take them from draft to issued, or void them. Meeting overage drafts the hours used beyond an allowance, Payments records each payment's mode with its UTR or reference, and Credit notes correct issued invoices. Members can pay in the portal through your own Razorpay account. In depth: GST invoicing
GST
The place of supply on a member invoice is the branch, each invoice line carries a SAC code (997212 for coworking rental), and GSTR-1 comes out as CSV files in the GST offline-tool format. In depth: GST invoicing and GSTR-1
Booking confirmations, payment reminders and renewal alerts go out on WhatsApp, included in the price. Notifications switches each message on or off per branch and shows whether Meta has approved its template. WhatsApp sends campaigns to existing members, with the audience count, a preview and an estimated cost shown before anything goes out. Everyone signs in with a 6-digit code on WhatsApp.
Member portal
In a browser, members get Home, Book a room, My bookings, My hot desk, My invoices, Feedback and My profile. My invoices has a Pay button once you have connected Razorpay. Staff work member feedback in the Feedback inbox, with assignees, replies and scores.
Team and control
Staff are invited with a code and given a role (Owner, Manager, Reception, Sales or Accountant), access to each screen as hidden, view or manage, and a branch scope of one branch, several or all. An activity log records changes. Branding puts your logo and colour on invoices, the member portal and public pages, and Integrations holds your Razorpay keys.
Reports
The Dashboard shows occupancy, active members, money outstanding and collections, with the overdue list. GSTR-1, Renewals, Deposits, a campaign report and the day-pass takings are reports of their own.
What Atrium does not do
Read this before you choose. Atrium does not do the following today.
- No Android or iOS app. Atrium runs in a web browser, for staff and members.
- No email or SMS. Messages go out on WhatsApp, and their wording is fixed because Meta approves each template. Invoices are downloaded as PDFs, or seen by members in the portal.
- No automatic monthly invoicing. Staff raise each member invoice. Only meeting-room overage is drafted for you.
- No accounting export. Beyond the GSTR-1 CSV files and invoice PDFs, there is no export and no connection to Tally, Zoho or QuickBooks.
- No door access, turnstiles, Wi-Fi or printer integration, and no sync with Google or Outlook calendars.
- No e-signature. A signed agreement can be uploaded instead.
- No UPI autopay, eNACH or card on file. Members pay each invoice themselves.
- No camera capture at reception. The visitor register keeps the ID type and the last four digits only.
- No full data export inside the app. The in-app downloads are the desks-and-rooms spreadsheet, the GSTR-1 CSV files and invoice PDFs. Sehsaa produces a full export on written request within five working days (Terms of service, clause 10.3).
- Not self-service: floor-plan pictures, public pages and your own WhatsApp number. Sehsaa sets each up on request.
- No SLA, and no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate. The FAQ covers security and data in full.
- India and rupees only. Atrium is for operators in India and invoices in Indian rupees.
