Pricing
How much does Atrium cost?
Atrium is priced per occupied desk per month, in rupees: ₹79 a desk for up to 150 occupied desks, ₹69 for 151 to 400, ₹59 for 401 to 750 and ₹49 for 751 and above. Every desk is charged at the rate of the band your total falls into. The minimum is ₹2,499 a month, and all prices exclude 18% GST. The full breakdown, with worked examples, is on the pricing page.
What counts as an occupied desk?
A desk is occupied when a member holds it under an agreement at the month-end count, which runs on the last day of each month at 23:50 IST. An empty desk costs nothing. In a private cabin only the seats that are let count, and a seat used on a day or night pass is charged as a pass, not as a desk.
Does Atrium charge per branch, per user or per member?
No. Branches, floors, staff logins and members on the member portal are unlimited and not charged for, so opening a second location adds nothing to the bill. You pay for occupied desks, bookable meeting rooms, paid day and night passes and active virtual-office clients.
What is charged apart from desks?
Bookable meeting rooms are ₹200 per room per month. Day and night passes are ₹20 per paid pass after the first 20 each calendar month, which are free. Virtual-office clients are ₹50 a month each. The pass and virtual-office charges count inside the ₹2,499 monthly minimum rather than on top of it. There is no setup fee.
How do I pay, and can I pay annually?
Invoices are raised on the 1st of each month, for the month before, and are payable within seven days. You can pay online from Billing & plan through Razorpay, using UPI, cards or netbanking, or by bank transfer to the account printed on the invoice. There is no autopay, no stored card and no eNACH. Annual billing means paying for ten months instead of twelve, and Sehsaa sets it up on request.
Free trial
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new workspace is free for 30 days, with no card and no commitment. It covers up to 50 desks and 10 bookable meeting rooms, across unlimited branches, floors, staff and members.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing can be added or changed, everything stays visible, the member portal keeps working, and nothing is deleted.
How do I start a trial?
Go to the signup page and enter a work email and a WhatsApp number. Your workspace, with its own database, a first branch and floor and an owner login, is created automatically in about a minute. You sign in with a 6-digit code sent on WhatsApp.
My space is bigger than 50 desks, or I need more time. What then?
The 50-desk and 10-room limits of the trial are fixed in the software and cannot be raised. Sehsaa may extend a trial in days if you ask, and for a larger space we can load your real floor for a demo. Write to contact@sehsaa.com or message us on WhatsApp.
Features
What does Atrium do?
Atrium runs the whole space in a web browser: branches, floors, desks, private cabins and meeting rooms on a live floor map; bookings; leads, members, agreements, renewals and security deposits; GST invoices, payments and a GSTR-1 report; a visitor register, day passes, hot desks, virtual offices and event spaces; and notifications on WhatsApp.
Can a desk or room be double-booked?
No. Desks, cabins and meeting rooms are booked in 30-minute slots, and the database refuses overlapping bookings. Bookings can be moved and cancelled, and a day grid shows the availability of every room.
Can I let a private cabin by the seat?
Yes. A cabin is made of real seats, and it can be let whole or by the seat. Only the seats that are let count towards Atrium's bill.
What does the visitor register record?
The visitor's name, phone, email and company, who they came to see, the purpose, the branch and floor, and the check-in and check-out times. It keeps the ID type and only the last four digits of the ID number, and it does not take a picture of the visitor. The host is told on WhatsApp when the visitor arrives.
Do my members need to install anything?
No. Atrium runs in a web browser, and there is no native Android or iOS app. Members sign in to the member portal to book a room, see their bookings and invoices, pay an invoice online when you have connected your own Razorpay account, and send feedback.
GST and invoices
Does Atrium produce GST invoices?
Yes. Staff raise a GST invoice from an agreement, which fills in the line, and take it from draft to issued, or void it. The place of supply is the branch, so a member registered in another state is still charged CGST + SGST correctly. SAC is set on each line, with 997212 for coworking rental. Each branch has its own GSTIN, invoices continue your existing number series and carry your logo, and credit notes are supported.
What does the GSTR-1 report give my accountant?
CSV files in the GST offline-tool format for B2B, B2CS, the HSN summary, documents issued and credit notes to registered recipients. Any invoice that contradicts itself is held back in a needs-review list. The report does not produce B2CL, exports, advances or amendments.
Does Atrium raise member invoices automatically every month?
No. Staff raise each invoice, and picking an agreement fills in the line. The one thing drafted automatically is meeting-room overage: hours used beyond the allowance go onto a separate draft invoice, one per contract per month, for staff to review.
Which messages does Atrium send on WhatsApp?
Booking confirmed and cancelled, day pass issued, invoice issued, invoice due and overdue, agreement ready to sign, renewal due, notice period started, and visitor arrived, which goes to the host. Each message is switched on or off per branch, and its wording is fixed because Meta approves each template. Reminders for invoices due in 3 days, overdue invoices and agreements ending in 30 days go out daily at 09:30 IST. Staff can also send campaigns to existing members; before sending they see the audience count, a preview and an estimated cost.
Is WhatsApp included in the price?
Yes, for the messages Atrium sends itself: booking confirmations, day passes, renewal reminders, payment reminders and sign-in codes. Sehsaa pays the messaging provider, and clause 5.7 of the Terms promises 60 days' written notice before that changes. Those messages go from Sehsaa's WhatsApp Business account. If you want them to come from your own WhatsApp Business number, Sehsaa sets that up on request through your own Fast2SMS account, which then bills you directly; it is not self-service. Campaigns to existing members are a separate tool: on the shared number they are limited to approved utility templates and 200 messages a day per workspace, and marketing campaigns need your own number.
How do people sign in?
With a 6-digit code sent on WhatsApp, and an optional 4 to 6 digit PIN. Atrium sends no email and no SMS, so there is no email sign-in.
Data and security
Where is our data kept, and is it separate from other operators' data?
In India. Atrium runs on a single server in DigitalOcean's Bangalore region, which holds the databases, uploaded files and backups. Each operator has a separate database, not a shared table filtered by a column. Customer data is not sold or used to train AI models, and Sehsaa staff reach a customer's data only through an audited route that records who, which workspace and why.
How are backups handled?
A backup runs every day at 02:30 IST. Each one is checked for integrity and kept for 90 days. A full restore from backup was rehearsed on 27 September 2026 and matched production table by table. The backups are held on the same server today; an off-site copy is not in place yet.
How is access protected?
Atrium is served over HTTPS only. Sign-in codes are stored as a hash, expire in 10 minutes and allow 5 attempts. Every write is checked on the server against the user's permissions and branch scope. Staff roles are Owner, Manager, Reception, Sales and Accountant, with per-person access to each screen (hidden, view or manage), a branch scope of one branch, several or all, and an activity log. Card numbers go straight to Razorpay and never reach Atrium.
Does Atrium have an SLA or security certificates?
No. Atrium has no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate, and no SLA, uptime commitment or service credits. Support is on WhatsApp and email, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, excluding public holidays, with a target of acknowledging within one working day; that is a target, not an SLA. If a personal data breach affects data we process for you, we tell you within 24 hours of becoming aware of it (clause 8.1 of the DPA).
Switching to Atrium
Will Sehsaa move my existing space across, and is it free?
Yes. For a space of up to 250 desks and 100 member companies, Sehsaa does the migration at no charge, in five working days, and you review everything before it goes live. Beyond that size, Sehsaa quotes in writing before starting. The switching page covers moving from a spreadsheet, Nexudus, OfficeRnD, Cobot, Spacebring, Archie, Digicuro or Brskly.
What does not come across when I switch?
Historical bookings, invoices already raised and settled elsewhere, stored cards and autopay mandates, and your old visitor register do not come across. The switching page lists what does and what does not before you decide.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can ask for a full export of your workspace at any time, for any reason. Sehsaa does not charge for it, and delivers it within five working days of a written request from an account owner. It covers members, agreements, bookings, invoices, payments, passes, visitors, leads and your uploaded files, in a format another system can read. The downloads inside the app are limited to the desks-and-rooms spreadsheet, the GSTR-1 CSV files and invoice PDFs, so the full export is produced by Sehsaa.
Is Atrium a fit?
Who is Atrium for?
Coworking operators in India, with one branch or many: the company that runs the space and signs the agreements. It suits operators running on a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and a paper register, operators on another platform who pay again for every location, and spaces that sell more than desks, such as private cabins, meeting rooms, day passes, virtual offices and event spaces. Staff can be limited to their own branch.
What does Atrium not do?
Atrium has no native Android or iOS app and runs in a browser. It sends no email and no SMS, only WhatsApp. It does not export to Tally or other accounting software beyond the GSTR-1 CSV files, does not integrate with door access, turnstiles, Wi-Fi or printers, and does not connect to Google or Outlook calendars, Slack or Zapier. It has no e-signature (a signed copy can be uploaded), no UPI autopay, eNACH or stored cards, and no picture of the visitor at check-in. Staff raise member invoices one at a time. Setting up floor-plan pictures, public pages and your own WhatsApp number is done by Sehsaa on request. There is no SLA and no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate.
Is Atrium for operators outside India, or for individuals looking for a desk?
No to both. Atrium is built for coworking operators in India and bills in rupees only; it does not support operators outside India or other currencies. It is software for operators, not a marketplace, so an individual looking for a desk should contact the space directly.
