01Who provides this service
1.1Atrium is provided by Sehsaa Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Block No. 23, Kotkar Industrial Estate, Off Aarey Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063 (CIN U62099MH2024PTC426242) — "Sehsaa", "we", "us".
1.2Our GSTIN is 27ABNCS5815L1ZP and the service is supplied under SAC 997331. You can reach us by email at contact@sehsaa.com on WhatsApp at +91 93725 21198, and by phone on +91 93725 21198.
1.3This page describes how the service reaches you. It does not replace the Terms of service, which govern the subscription; where this page cites a clause number, that clause is in the Terms.
02What is delivered
2.1Atrium is software delivered over the internet: floor maps and desk inventory, bookings, members and agreements, GST invoicing and payments, visitor entry, day passes, leads, notifications over WhatsApp, and the reporting built on top of them. That is the same service described in clause 3.1 of the Terms.
2.2What you receive is a workspace: an Atrium account with its own separate database (clause 3.2), which you and your staff use in a browser at atrium.sehsaa.com/app/. You may create as many staff logins as you need, and we do not charge per user, per branch or per floor (clause 3.4).
2.3No physical goods are shipped. There is nothing to post and nothing to courier: no hardware, no card reader, no SIM, no printed manual, no disc. There is no delivery charge, no shipping address to give us and no tracking number, because there is no consignment.
A payment provider asks every merchant for a shipping policy. Ours is that we ship nothing.
Atrium is a subscription to hosted software. The equivalent of delivery is access: a workspace that exists and a login that works. The rest of this page says when that happens, where it is available, and what to do if it does not happen.
03When access begins
3.1A workspace is created automatically when you sign up. There is no approval queue and no waiting list. The signup page sets up your own database, your first branch and floor, and your owner account while you wait — usually about a minute — and takes you in as soon as it is ready. Under clause 1.2 of the Terms the agreement takes effect when you first create a workspace.
3.2A new workspace gets thirty days free, with no card and no commitment, and within that month you may create up to 50 desks and up to 10 bookable meeting rooms, across unlimited branches and floors (clause 4.1). Access therefore begins before any money changes hands.
3.3When the thirty days end, the workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan, and nothing is deleted when a trial expires (clause 4.3). Writing resumes as soon as the account is in good standing: clause 8.3 puts it as payment restoring writing immediately, with nothing to re-enable and nothing to restore.
3.4Subscription fees are invoiced in arrears, on the first day of the month after the month they cover (clause 7.1), and invoices are payable within seven days of the invoice date (clause 7.2). If an invoice goes unpaid we do not lock you out — writes stop and reads continue, which clause 8 of the Terms of service sets out in full.
04Where the service is available
4.1Atrium is sold and delivered to customers in India. Prices are in Indian rupees and are exclusive of GST, which is charged in addition at the rate in force and shown separately on the invoice (clause 6.1).
4.2You must give us your GSTIN and registered state so that we can determine place of supply and issue an invoice you can claim input credit on (clause 6.2).
4.3Customers outside India are invoiced under the terms shown on the relevant regional page and are responsible for any tax applicable where they are (clause 6.4).
4.4Because Atrium runs in a browser, your staff reach the same workspace from every branch and floor you operate, with nothing installed on your machines and nothing dispatched to any address.
05If your workspace does not appear
5.1If signing up does not produce a workspace, or you cannot sign in to the one you created, the route to access is support. Write to contact@sehsaa.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 93725 21198. Tell us the name of your organisation and the email address you signed up with.
5.2Support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, excluding public holidays in Maharashtra. We aim to acknowledge within one working day, and to respond substantively to something that stops you working within one working day of acknowledging it (clause 12.2).
5.3We will say this plainly rather than let you discover it: those are targets we intend to meet, not contractual guarantees, and missing one is not a breach of the agreement (clause 12.3). Sehsaa is a small company and Atrium is supported by a small team (clause 12.1).
5.4Signing up takes no payment (clause 4.1), so a workspace that has not appeared is not a payment waiting to be refunded — it is access waiting to be fixed, and support is where that is done. Where money is genuinely at stake, the Cancellation and refunds page sets out what the Terms allow.
06What this page does not cover
6.1Cancellation, non-renewal and refunds: the Cancellation and refunds page.
6.2The subscription itself — pricing, GST, billing, non-payment, export and deletion: the Terms of service.
6.3What we do with personal data: the Privacy notice and the Data Processing Addendum.
6.4How to reach a person, including by post at the registered office: the Contact us page.
