Coworking management software
Atrium runs your coworking space end to end — live floor maps, bookings, GST invoicing and WhatsApp notifications. Built for Indian operators, priced in rupees.
₹49–79 per occupied desk · Unlimited branches and users · No setup fee
The problem
Every operator we've talked to runs on some mix of a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and someone's memory. It works until it doesn't.
The board says 80%. The invoices say something else. Nobody can tell you which desks are actually earning today.
Eleven agreements end next month and you find out when a client mentions it in passing.
Payment received, not recorded. Recorded, not reconciled. Chased twice, or never.
You learn about it when two members are standing in the same doorway at 3pm.
Every enquiry lives in your sales person's WhatsApp. When they leave, it leaves with them.
No record of who was in the building, which host they met, or when they left.
What Atrium does
Not a booking widget bolted onto a spreadsheet. The whole operation.
Every branch, floor, room and desk on a plan you can actually click. Occupancy at a glance, tenant and contract end date on hover.
Desks, cabins, meeting rooms on 30-minute slots, day passes and night passes. Overlaps are rejected by the database, not by someone remembering to check.
Companies, contacts, service agreements with notice periods and deposits, and rate cards per branch.
GST-compliant invoices with HSN codes and the right tax split. Record payments by UTR, reconcile against invoices, chase what's overdue.
A proper visitor register with ID capture and host notification. Day passes issued with a reference the front desk can check in seconds.
Leads with requirement, budget, follow-up date and owner. Tours booked, proposals tracked, nothing living in one person's phone.
GST and MCA registration addresses, mail handling, the KYC documents each one needs, and renewals that do not arrive as a surprise.
Visitors buy a day pass or book a tour from your own page, pay online, and land in the day book — without anyone at the front desk typing it in.
Built for India
International coworking software is good. It also bills you in dollars and treats GST as an edge case.
HSN/SAC codes, CGST and SGST within state, IGST across it, decided by place of supply — not a tax field you fill in by hand.
B2B and B2C invoices grouped the way the return wants them, with anything that needs review flagged before your accountant files — not after.
Booking confirmations, day passes, renewal reminders and payment chases where your members actually read them.
Collect by UPI, reconcile by UTR — the way your finance person already thinks about a bank statement.
Not a premium add-on. Indian buildings need it, so it ships with every plan.
No forex, no card in dollars, no per-member pricing that punishes you for a good quarter.
Onboarding and migration
The reason operators stay on software they have outgrown is the week of typing it would take to leave. So we do that week. Send us whatever you have — an export from your current platform, a spreadsheet, or photos of the desk register — and one person at Sehsaa builds your workspace and hands it back working.
You get a named person — their number and their WhatsApp, not a ticket queue. You leave the call knowing exactly which files to send.
Branches, floors, every desk and room on the floor map, your members, their agreements with real dates, who sits where, and what they still owe you.
We walk the floor map with you. Anything wrong is fixed the same day. Where your data contradicts itself we ask you — we never invent a contract date.
You name the date you stop using the old system. Keep it read-only for 90 days afterwards; nobody sensible switches without a way back.
Historical bookings, invoices already raised and settled elsewhere, your old visitor register, and any stored card or auto-charge mandate. None of those move between any two systems, and we would rather you knew that now than after you cancelled.
Pricing
Desks are counted at the end of the month, so an empty desk costs you nothing. A private cabin is billed as the seats inside it that are let — the two spare seats in a four-seater cost nothing until you sell them. Every branch, every staff login and every member account is included, however many you have. What else is charged for is listed below.
500 occupied desks across 5 branches, 12 meeting rooms, 40 staff logins:
Atrium — ₹31,900/month (500 × ₹59 + 12 × ₹200). About $336.
A platform charging per location starts at five location fees before a single desk is counted.
Already running on something else? Moving is free and takes five working days — you send your export or your spreadsheet, we build the whole workspace and you review it before it goes live. See what moves and what does not →

Every figure below is calculated from each vendor's own published pricing rules. Drag your real numbers in and see what the same space costs on each platform.
How these are worked out, from each vendor's published rules: Nexudus bills per location by active users (€150 for up to 75, rising to €525 at 450–499); Spacebring €175 for 100 users at one location, +€75 per extra 50 users, +€99 per extra location; Archie $192 for one location and 100 users, +$50 per extra 50 users, +$90 per extra location; Cobot scales with paying members from €59 to €479. Beyond a vendor's published band we extrapolate at their own last published step, so treat the largest sizes as indicative. OfficeRnD Flex and the Indian platform Digicuro do not publish prices — they are quote-only, which is why they show no bar. Converted at ₹95 to the dollar and ₹110 to the euro, September 2026. Add-ons are excluded for every vendor including us.
Prices as published by each vendor in September 2026 and converted at ₹95 to the US dollar and ₹110 to the euro; currency moves and vendors change their pricing, so check their pages before deciding. Add-ons are excluded from every row, including ours — several of these platforms charge separately for a white-label portal, a mobile app or visitor management.
See it on your own floor
Send your desk list — a spreadsheet, an export, even a photo of the floor plan — and we will have your branches, floors and desks in Atrium before we speak. You see your own space on the call, not a sample one. Moving from your current system is free up to 250 desks.
Tell us about your space and we'll come back within one working day.
Questions
Five working days from the day your files reach us, for a space up to 250 desks and 100 member companies. Send us your current desk list and member spreadsheet — or an export from whatever you run today — and we do the migration: branches, floors, desks, members, agreements, who sits where, and your outstanding invoices. You review all of it before anything goes live. Larger than that and you get a date on the first call, in writing. Here is the whole process, and what does not come across.
No. Confirmations and reminders arrive on WhatsApp, on the number you already have for them. Members can also sign in to a browser portal to see their bookings and invoices. Nothing about Atrium requires anyone to download or sign up for an app.
You get a full export of everything — members, agreements, bookings, invoices and payments — in a format your next system can read. Each customer's data sits in its own separate database, so an export is a clean copy rather than a filtered extract.
Yes. The self-hosted option is a one-time licence plus deployment, with annual maintenance. It suits operators who prefer capital expenditure or have a policy about where data lives. Talk to us about scope.
Yes. Booking confirmations, day passes, renewal reminders and payment chases are sent from Atrium and we do not charge you for them. We pay the messaging provider ourselves; if that ever has to change, clause 5.7 of the Terms binds us to sixty days' written notice first. You can also connect your own WhatsApp Business number, so messages come from your brand and the provider bills you directly.
Sehsaa Solutions. We built and ran a coworking management system end to end before turning it into a product, which is why the awkward parts — notice periods, seat-versus-cabin, GST place of supply — are handled properly rather than approximated.
