The price per occupied desk
You pay for a desk only in a month when a member holds it under an agreement. The price per occupied desk depends on how many desks are occupied at the month-end count.
| Occupied desks in the month | Price per occupied desk, per month |
|---|---|
| 1 to 150 | ₹79 |
| 151 to 400 | ₹69 |
| 401 to 750 | ₹59 |
| 751 and above | ₹49 |
These are whole-volume bands, not stepped tiers. Every occupied desk is charged at the rate for the band your total falls into; the rate is not tiered across bands. All prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST.
What counts as an occupied desk
A desk is occupied when a member holds it under an agreement, as a confirmed or checked-in contract booking, at the month-end count. The count runs on the last day of each month, at 23:50 IST, and that count is what the month's invoice is calculated from.
- An empty desk costs nothing. A desk that is empty at the count is not charged for that month.
- In a private cabin, only the let seats count. A cabin is made of real seats and can be let whole or by the seat.
- A seat used on a day or night pass is not a desk. It is charged as a pass, never as both.
- Mid-month changes wait for the next count. Adding or removing desks during the month changes nothing until the next count, so there is nothing to pro-rate.

Rooms, passes, virtual office and the minimum
Four other things are priced. Each is counted in the way shown, and each is in rupees, exclusive of GST.
| Charge | Price | How it is counted |
|---|---|---|
| Bookable meeting rooms | ₹200 per room per month | Any room that can be booked by time slot, counted on the last day of the month. |
| Day and night passes | ₹20 per paid pass; the first 20 each calendar month are free | A pass is counted on the day it is for. Unpaid, waived and refunded passes are not counted. |
| Virtual office | ₹50 per month per active client | A client is counted once, however many of your addresses they hold. |
| Minimum charge | ₹2,499 per month | If your desks, rooms, passes and virtual-office clients come to less, the month is invoiced at ₹2,499. The pass and virtual-office charges count inside the minimum, not on top of it. |
What is included at no charge
- Unlimited branches, floors, staff logins and members on the member portal. Opening a second location adds nothing to the bill.
- WhatsApp messages: booking confirmations, day passes, renewal reminders, payment reminders and sign-in codes sent from Atrium. Sehsaa pays the messaging provider, and clause 5.7 of the Terms of service promises 60 days' written notice before that changes.
- No setup fee.
- Migration from your spreadsheet or current platform, for a space of up to 250 desks and 100 member companies (clause 5.8). Beyond that, Sehsaa quotes in writing before starting. See switching to Atrium.
Three worked examples
Round numbers, all exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added to each total.
20 occupied desks, 1 meeting room, 18 day passes and 2 virtual-office clients.
20 desks × ₹79 = ₹1,580. One room = ₹200. The 18 passes are inside the 20 free ones, so ₹0. Two virtual-office clients × ₹50 = ₹100. That comes to ₹1,880, which is below the minimum, so the month is invoiced at ₹2,499.
500 occupied desks and 12 bookable meeting rooms.
500 desks × ₹59 = ₹29,500. 12 rooms × ₹200 = ₹2,400. Together, ₹31,900 a month.
30 day or night passes sold in one month.
The first 20 are free. The other 10 are charged at ₹20 each, so the passes cost ₹200.
The free trial
Every new workspace is free for 30 days, with no card and no commitment. The trial covers up to 50 desks and up to 10 bookable meeting rooms, across unlimited branches, floors, staff and members. Those two limits are enforced in the software.
When the 30 days end, the workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing can be added or changed, everything stays visible, the member portal keeps working, and nothing is deleted (clause 4.3 of the Terms). There is one free trial per organisation. Sehsaa may extend a trial if you ask, but the 50-desk and 10-room limits cannot be raised; if your space is larger, tell us and we will load your real floor for a demo.
You can start a trial with a work email and a WhatsApp number. The workspace is created automatically in about a minute.
GST and invoices
All prices exclude GST, which is added at 18%. Sehsaa's invoices use SAC 997331, and Sehsaa's GSTIN is 27ABNCS5815L1ZP. Give Sehsaa your GSTIN and registered state: they decide whether the tax is shown as CGST + SGST or as IGST. Without them, the invoice is issued to an unregistered buyer and cannot be reissued after the return for that period is filed (clause 6.2 of the Terms).
How you pay
- Invoices are raised in arrears, on the 1st of each month, for the month before. They are payable within seven days of the invoice date.
- Online: from Billing & plan, press Pay. The payment goes through Razorpay on Sehsaa's own merchant account, and you use whatever its checkout offers: UPI, cards or netbanking.
- Bank transfer: to the account printed on the invoice, quoting the invoice number.
- No autopay. Atrium keeps no stored cards, no autopay mandate and no eNACH, so each invoice is paid by you.
- Annual billing is ten months for twelve. Sehsaa sets it up on request.
- TDS: if you deduct tax at source, tell Sehsaa before you pay and send the certificate. TDS is credited against your account on receipt of a valid certificate (clause 6.3).
Cancelling
A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. Email contact@sehsaa.com from an account owner's address, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no cooling-off refund; the cases in which money is refunded are listed on the cancellation and refunds page.
Pricing questions
How much does Atrium cost a month?
It depends on how many desks are occupied at the month-end count: ₹79 per occupied desk for 1 to 150 desks, ₹69 for 151 to 400, ₹59 for 401 to 750 and ₹49 for 751 and above. Every desk is charged at the rate of the band your total falls into. Bookable meeting rooms are ₹200 each, and the minimum is ₹2,499 a month. All prices exclude 18% GST.
Do I pay for empty desks?
No. Only occupied desks are charged: a desk counts when a member holds it under an agreement at the month-end count. In a private cabin only the let seats count, and a seat used on a day pass is charged as a pass, not as a desk.
Is there a charge per branch, user or member?
No. Branches, floors, staff logins and members on the member portal are unlimited and not charged for, so opening a second location adds nothing to the bill.
Is there a setup fee, and is migration free?
There is no setup fee. Migration is free for a space of up to 250 desks and 100 member companies, and Sehsaa quotes in writing before starting anything larger.
Are WhatsApp messages charged for?
No. Booking confirmations, day passes, renewal reminders, payment reminders and sign-in codes sent from Atrium are included. Sehsaa pays the messaging provider, and if that ever has to change, the Terms promise 60 days' written notice first.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing can be added or changed, everything stays visible, the member portal keeps working, and nothing is deleted.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing means paying for ten months instead of twelve, and Sehsaa sets it up on request.
Are the prices in rupees, and do they include GST?
Atrium is priced and invoiced in Indian rupees only. Every price excludes GST, which is added at 18% and shown separately on the invoice.
