Atrium and OfficeRnD Flex at a glance
OfficeRnD figures are as published on OfficeRnD's pricing page for Flex, checked 19 October 2026, in the currency shown. Atrium figures come from Atrium's own pricing page and Terms of service. Nothing in this table is converted to rupees; the worked example below converts, and says how.

Plans against occupied desks
OfficeRnD sells a plan and Atrium counts desks. A plan's limit is on members, so the two prices move differently as your space grows.
How OfficeRnD Flex is priced
- Four plans. Essentials covers up to 50 members and one location. It includes member, inventory, pricing and billing management, a web portal and phone app, and Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe and GoCardless integrations. Start covers 100 members and one location, and adds digital contracts, automated invoicing, floor plans and "76+ free integrations, from door access to Wi-Fi". Grow covers 200 members and two locations, and adds multi-location management and premium payment integrations. Scale is custom, and lists a Salto ProAccess door access integration.
- Two views of the price. In our browser the page opened on an Annually view labelled "Save 25%", which shows US$99, from US$155 and from US$249. Its Monthly view shows US$129, from US$169 and from US$275. The annual figures are about 23% (Essentials), 8% (Start) and 9% (Grow) below the monthly ones, and we cannot tell from the page what the 25% refers to. Start and Grow are "from" prices.
- What a member is. The page's FAQ counts an active member as someone assigned a recurring product or service, or part of a company that has one, or someone assigned a one-off charge or who booked a room in the month.
- Tax and currency. The page shows US$ and says nothing about tax. Its FAQ says OfficeRnD can also charge in EUR, GBP and AUD depending on your location, and we could not see those prices.
Fees we could not confirm. OfficeRnD's page source lists a fee per bookable resource (US$2.7 or US$2 on Essentials and Start, US$4 or US$3 on Grow) and per meeting room (US$11 or US$8, and US$13 or US$10 on Grow), and the words "Volume discount available". When we opened the page in a browser on 19 October 2026, at widths of 1440 and 375 pixels, these lines were hidden, and the page does not say what counts as a bookable resource. We leave them out of the example below. Ask OfficeRnD for a written quote that includes them.
How Atrium counts
- Occupied desks, in one total. A desk counts when a member holds it under an agreement at the month-end count on the last day of the month. An empty desk costs nothing, and in a private cabin only the let seats count.
- The band's rate applies to every desk. The total across all branches falls into one band (₹79, ₹69, ₹59 or ₹49), and every desk is charged at that rate. Bookable meeting rooms are ₹200 each, and the minimum is ₹2,499 a month. Day passes and virtual-office clients have small charges of their own (pricing page).
- Included: unlimited branches, floors, staff logins and members; WhatsApp messages (clause 5.7 of the Terms promises 60 days' notice before that changes); no set-up fee; and free migration for up to 250 desks and 100 member companies.
A worked cost example
Method. Each row is one space with the occupancy shown. We assume one OfficeRnD member for each occupied desk, except in the last row, and pick the smallest plan whose member and location limits cover the space. We convert OfficeRnD's US$ figures at ₹94.7691 per US$, the Reserve Bank of India's reference rate (published by FBIL) as at 1:00 pm on 19 October 2026, rounded to the nearest ₹10. Atrium's bill is occupied desks × the band rate, with no bookable meeting rooms (each would add ₹200). Atrium's figure excludes 18% GST. OfficeRnD's page does not say whether tax is added, and the OfficeRnD column leaves out its resource and meeting-room fees.
| Space | OfficeRnD plan, price a month | In rupees | Atrium a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| One branch, 40 members and 40 occupied desks | Essentials: US$129 (monthly view) or US$99 (annual view) | about ₹12,230 or ₹9,380 | ₹3,160 (40 × ₹79) |
| One branch, 90 members and 90 occupied desks | Start: from US$169 or from US$155 | about ₹16,020 or ₹14,690 | ₹7,110 (90 × ₹79) |
| Two branches of 80, so 160 members and 160 occupied desks | Grow: from US$275 or from US$249 | about ₹26,060 or ₹23,600 | ₹11,040 (160 × ₹69) |
| An unusual case: two branches, 400 occupied desks held by companies with 190 named members | Grow: from US$275 or from US$249 | about ₹26,060 or ₹23,600 | ₹27,600 (400 × ₹69) |
In the first three rows the published plan prices work out to a lower monthly bill on Atrium. The last row is shown because it goes the other way: OfficeRnD's plans limit members, not desks, so a space with many desks held by few named people can come out lower on OfficeRnD. Its resource and meeting-room fees, which we could not confirm, would add to the OfficeRnD side in every row if they apply.
What the example leaves out. For OfficeRnD: those fees, the branded member app add-on and any volume discount. For Atrium: the charges for rooms, passes and virtual-office clients. It also ignores what each product includes. Price is not value: OfficeRnD's page lists a phone app and named accounting and payment integrations, and Atrium has neither. Exchange rates move, so the rupee figures drift; the US$ figures are the published ones.
GST and GSTR-1
This is general information, not tax advice. Ask your accountant what you need.
What Atrium does
- The place of supply is the branch. Each branch has its own address, state and GSTIN, so a desk invoice carries CGST + SGST even when the member is registered in another state.
- A SAC code on every line, with 997212 for coworking rental. Staff raise each invoice from an agreement, and the numbering continues your existing series.
- GSTR-1 as CSV files in the GST offline-tool format: B2B, B2CS, the HSN summary, documents issued, and credit notes to registered recipients. An invoice that contradicts itself is held in a needs-review list. B2CL, exports, advances and amendments are not produced, and there is no e-invoice IRN. The GST invoicing page has the detail.
What we could see on OfficeRnD's page
OfficeRnD's pricing page does not mention India, rupees, GST or GSTR-1 (checked 19 October 2026). That does not prove it lacks Indian tax features: we have not looked beyond the pricing page.
Ask both vendors
- An invoice to a member registered in another state, with your GSTIN on it.
- Whether each branch can carry its own GSTIN and state.
- A SAC code on each line, and which GSTR-1 tables come out, in what format.
- Whether you need an e-invoice IRN, and whether they provide one.
- For OfficeRnD: in which currency, and with what tax, your own subscription invoice arrives.
Member experience
OfficeRnD Flex. Essentials lists a web portal and a phone app where members book and pay, and the FAQ says it is a native app on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Start and Grow list "your own branded member app with push notifications" as an add-on, with no price on the page.
Atrium. There is no phone app. Members use a portal in a web browser: home, book a room, my bookings, my hot desk, my invoices (with a Pay button once you connect your own Razorpay account), feedback and my profile. They sign in with a 6-digit code sent on WhatsApp. Booking confirmations, payment reminders and renewal alerts go out on WhatsApp, included in the price; the wording of each message is fixed, because Meta approves each template. Atrium sends no email.
If your members expect an app on their phone, this is the biggest gap in Atrium, and the clearest reason to choose OfficeRnD.
Accounting, payments and other integrations
- OfficeRnD Flex names Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe and GoCardless integrations on Essentials. Xero and QuickBooks are the only accounting systems the page names; it does not name Tally or Zoho. Start lists 76+ free integrations "from door access to Wi-Fi", Grow lists premium payment integrations, and Scale lists a Salto ProAccess door access integration. The page does not say which door-access systems the Start integrations cover. Ask OfficeRnD for its full integrations list, because this page compares only what its pricing page states.
- Atrium connects to your own Razorpay account, so members can pay invoices in the portal, and sends WhatsApp messages. It has no other integrations: no Tally, Zoho or QuickBooks, no Google or Outlook calendar, no door access, Wi-Fi or printer link, no Slack or Zapier, and no email or SMS. The GSTR-1 CSV files are the only export for your accountant.
Moving from OfficeRnD
- What Sehsaa does. You send whatever you can export. Sehsaa builds your Atrium workspace from it: branches, floors, desks on a map, member companies, agreements and unpaid invoices. It takes five working days from the day your files arrive, costs nothing for up to 250 desks and 100 member companies, and you review it before you use it. The switching page has the full list and a checklist.
- What to ask OfficeRnD for. We have not tested OfficeRnD's exports, and its pricing page does not describe them. Pull each list you can see on screen (resources, members and companies, contracts, invoices, your floor plan) and ask OfficeRnD support in writing for a full account export, early.
- What does not come across, from any platform: historical bookings, invoices already settled elsewhere, stored cards and auto-charge mandates, your old visitor register, and members' old logins. Only unpaid invoices move, as opening balances.
- Keep a way back. Do not cancel OfficeRnD before your go-live day, and keep access to it for about 90 days. We have not read your OfficeRnD agreement, so check its notice and cancellation terms.
Who should choose OfficeRnD
Stay on OfficeRnD, or choose it over Atrium, if any of these is true.
- Your members expect an app. OfficeRnD lists a phone app on Essentials. Atrium has none.
- You use Xero or QuickBooks, or want Stripe or GoCardless. OfficeRnD names all four on Essentials. Atrium has none of them, and no autopay, eNACH or stored cards.
- You want door access linked to the software. OfficeRnD lists free integrations that include door access from the Start plan, and a Salto ProAccess integration on Scale. Atrium has no door-access link.
- You want digital contracts and automated invoicing. OfficeRnD lists both from the Start plan. In Atrium a signed agreement is uploaded as a copy, and staff raise each invoice.
- You operate outside India, or bill in several currencies. Atrium is India only and rupees only.
- You rely on email. Atrium sends none.
- Your people are far fewer than your desks. The last row of the example shows a space where OfficeRnD's member limit costs less than Atrium's count of desks.
- You want references you can phone. Atrium has no public references yet.
- It already works. Switching costs your time even when the migration is free.
Other gaps in Atrium: some set-up by request (public pages, your own WhatsApp number, a full data export), and no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate and no uptime commitment.
Atrium may fit if you bill in rupees, want GST invoices and GSTR-1 files from the same records, run several branches and want the bill to depend only on occupied desks, and are happy for members to use a browser and WhatsApp.

Questions
Does OfficeRnD Flex charge per location?
OfficeRnD's pricing page shows no price for an extra location (checked 19 October 2026). It limits locations by plan: Essentials and Start list one location, Grow lists two, and multi-location management is listed under Grow. Ask OfficeRnD what a location beyond your plan's limit costs. Atrium adds nothing for a branch: occupied desks are counted across all branches, and branches, staff logins and members are unlimited.
Can I export my data from OfficeRnD?
We have not tested OfficeRnD's exports, and its pricing page does not describe them, so we cannot say. Before you cancel, pull every list you can see on screen (resources, members and companies, contracts, invoices and your floor plan) and ask OfficeRnD support in writing for a full account export. Sehsaa can start from whatever you can get, including spreadsheets.
How long does switching to Atrium take?
Sehsaa moves a space of up to 250 desks and 100 member companies into Atrium in five working days from the day your files arrive, at no charge, and you review the workspace before you use it. A larger space gets a date in writing on the first call. Keep your OfficeRnD account until after your go-live day.
Run your own numbers in a free trial.
Start a free 30-day workspace, with no card (up to 50 desks and 10 bookable meeting rooms), and ask your accountant to check the GST invoice and the GSTR-1 files. Prices are on the pricing page, and the switching page covers moving across.
