How we chose and checked
We compared twelve products: five for Indian operators (Atrium, Brskly, DeskOS, Digicuro and Engage Apps) and seven global platforms that price in US$, £ or € (Archie, Cobot, Nexudus, OfficeRnD Flex, Optix, Spacebring and Yardi Kube). It is our list, not a market survey, and products may be missing from it.
We read each vendor's own pricing page (and, where noted, its home or help page) on Thursday 15 October 2026. Where a price appears only after a script runs (Cobot, Nexudus, Archie and Engage Apps), we also read the page's own data. Figures are copied as published, in the currency shown, and nothing is converted to rupees. Where a vendor shows no price we write "not published".
- Claims are written as claims. "DeskOS says" means we repeat the vendor's statement without confirming it.
- The currency can follow the visitor. Nexudus and OfficeRnD say so on their own pages, and Spacebring shows local-currency prices for information only. We record what was served to a request from India on 15 October.
- We did not test anything. This post compares published facts, not how well products work, and prices change, so check each vendor's page.
Right of reply. If you work for a vendor named here and something is wrong or out of date, email contact@sehsaa.com with the address of your page, and we will correct this post.
What to look for in India
Five questions separate a product that fits an Indian space from one that merely works in it. Ask every vendor to answer them in a demo, with your own data.
- GST invoices and a GSTR-1 file. Ask for an invoice to a member registered in another state. Check each branch has its own GSTIN and state, each invoice line a SAC code, and which GSTR-1 tables are exported and in what format. Ask your accountant whether you need an e-invoice reference number (IRN). This is general information, not tax advice.
- Pricing in rupees. A price in US$, £ or € exposes you to exchange rates. Check the currency, and whether GST is added.
- WhatsApp. Check which messages go out on WhatsApp, who pays for them, whether the wording can be changed (Meta approves business messages as templates first), and whether you can use your own business number.
- Several branches. Check whether a second branch changes the bill, whether staff can be limited to their own branches, and whether each branch can carry its own GSTIN.
- Per-desk or per-member pricing. Vendors charge on different units: occupied desks (Atrium), paying members (Cobot), active-user bands per location (Nexudus), or plans with member, seat or location limits (the rest; OfficeRnD also charges a fee per bookable resource and per meeting room). The unit matters more than the headline price: six people at six desks are one member company but six occupied desks.
The comparison at a glance
Every figure is as published on the vendor's pricing page, checked on 15 October 2026, in the currency shown. The first five rows are the platforms for Indian operators. Each product name links to the page we read. Tax treatment is noted only where the vendor stated it.

A dash means our 15 October check did not record the point, not that the vendor lacks it. The only WhatsApp feature we recorded for another vendor is DeskOS's WhatsApp invoicing on Business+ and Enterprise, so this post makes no claim about whether the others send WhatsApp messages. Ask each one.
Platforms for Indian operators
DeskOS
- Basic is billed yearly, which DeskOS says is 20% off. It covers up to 100 active seats and one location; Business allows two locations and Business+ three.
- Basic includes space and meeting-room management, automated invoicing and a helpdesk.
- DeskOS says it handles "VAT or GST". Its plan table lists GST IRN e-invoicing, and Tally and QuickBooks, under Enterprise only. WhatsApp invoicing and white-label Android and iOS apps are listed under Business+ and Enterprise.
- DeskOS says it is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, and shows certificate number 26MEQXD44. We have not checked the certificate.

Digicuro
- It publishes no prices, only a "Request Pricing" route.
- It says it is built by coworking experts in India, says it has built-in GST compliance, and lists customized iOS and Android apps for members.
Source: digicuro.com, read 15 October 2026.
Brskly
- Starter has a capacity of up to 75 seats, with unlimited drop-ins, one location, a phone app and an admin dashboard. The page describes Premium both as up to two locations and as one, so confirm which.

CoWorkingOps
Not compared. We could not find an official website on 15 October 2026, so we have no published facts to report.
Engage Apps
- The page labels annual billing 20% off; its rupee figures work out to about 19% to 20%. Start covers 100 members and one location.
- The page shows US$ by default, with a toggle for rupees. The rupee figures come from the page's own script.

Atrium
Atrium (by Sehsaa) is coworking management software for Indian operators, used in a web browser.
- Price: ₹79 per occupied desk for 1 to 150 occupied desks, ₹69 for 151 to 400, ₹59 for 401 to 750 and ₹49 from 751, the band's rate applying to every desk. Bookable meeting rooms are ₹200 each, the minimum is ₹2,499 a month, and prices exclude 18% GST. Passes and virtual-office clients have small charges of their own (pricing page).
- Branches: unlimited, with unlimited staff logins and members, so a second branch adds nothing. Each branch has its own GSTIN and state, and staff can be limited to one branch or several.
- GST: the place of supply is the branch, and each line carries a SAC code. GSTR-1 comes out as CSV files in the GST offline-tool format (B2B, B2CS, the HSN summary, documents issued, and credit notes to registered recipients). B2CL, exports, advances and amendments are not produced. The GST invoicing page has the detail.
- WhatsApp: booking confirmations, payment reminders and renewal alerts go out on WhatsApp, included in the price. Clause 5.7 of the Terms of service promises 60 days' notice before that changes. The wording of each message is fixed.
- Trial and moving: 30 days free with no card, for up to 50 desks and 10 bookable meeting rooms. Sehsaa moves an existing space across free, in five working days, for up to 250 desks and 100 member companies (how switching works).

Global platforms
Nexudus
- Pricing is per location, in bands of the active-user count at that location; for example 80 to 149 is US$194 or €194 (£141). The pricing page's footnote defines an active user as someone on a regular paid plan or a paid team, or anyone invoiced or with a booking in the last 30 days.
- The plan includes all core features, free integrations and the Passport members' app.
- Nexudus's pricing help page lists Razorpay among its free card payment gateways and says its prices exclude VAT.

OfficeRnD Flex
- Essentials covers up to 50 members and one location, Start 100 members and one location, and Grow 200 members and two. Start and Grow are shown as "from" prices, and annual billing is shown as "Save 25%".
- Each plan also carries a fee per bookable resource (US$2.7 or US$2 on Essentials and Start, US$4 or US$3 on Grow) and per meeting room (US$11 or US$8, and US$13 or US$10 on Grow). Multi-location management is listed under Grow; the page shows no price for an extra location.
- Prices are in US$, and its FAQ says it can also charge in EUR, GBP and AUD depending on your location. Essentials lists a member phone app; Start and Grow list a branded member app as an add-on.

Optix
- The page says its listed pricing is in US$ and that subscriptions are managed through its payment processing partner, Stripe. Annual billing saves 14%. Essentials covers a 50 active-user allowance, one location, all core features and all integrations.
- The page shows two figures for an extra user (US$1.7 or US$2 a month) and for an extra location, without saying which is the yearly one.
- A white-labeled phone app is a paid add-on.
Source: optixapp.com/pricing, read 15 October 2026.
Spacebring
- Business includes an allowance of 100 monthly active-user accounts, one location, a member web portal and an admin app. Yearly billing is 10% off, and there is a six-month minimum (Enterprise twelve). Each extra pack of 50 accounts is US$84.
- A visitor from India sees rupee figures, but the page says local-currency prices are for information only and that the billing currency is euro.
- A member phone app is a paid add-on: US$112 a month for the first location and US$84 for each extra one.
- The page also lists 40% off the annual Business plan for new spaces and a migration package for operators moving from other software.
Source: spacebring.com/pricing, read 15 October 2026.
Archie
- These are Archie's coworking-tab prices; its desk-booking tab is a different product. Enterprise is custom.
- Starter covers one location, an allowance of 100 active-user accounts, a web and phone app, billing, e-signatures and booking. Pro covers two locations and 200 accounts.
- The page data lists from US$90 a month per location and from US$50 a month per pack of 50 accounts. Matching these to its extra-location and extra-user rows is our reading.
Source: archieapp.co/pricing, read 15 October 2026.
Cobot
- One plan, priced by a slider of paying members. Drop-ins, visitors and guests are not counted, and yearly billing gives the twelfth month free.
- Every size gets all features: a member app, a white-label portal, billing, room booking, day passes and multi-location management.
- The page lists no separate location fee. It gives 15% off if you open a second location and 20% off a third or more.
Source: cobot.me/pricing, read 15 October 2026.
Yardi Kube
- The page does not say what the monthly price is based on. Start covers the first location, with bookings, contracts, billing, reporting and floor plans.
- Its country picker lists only the US and the UK.

Which fits which operator
- A rupee-billed space that wants GST invoices, GSTR-1 files and WhatsApp in one browser product. Atrium is built for this. DeskOS and Digicuro also state GST features on their own sites, so ask all three for a demo with your GSTIN.
- A single branch with a fixed, modest membership. A flat plan can beat a per-desk price, as the example below shows. Compare on your own occupied desks.
- Several branches. Nexudus bills each location separately, and Spacebring, Archie, Optix and Engage Apps each list a charge for another one. DeskOS lists an optional ₹5,000 set-up and training fee for each new location, and Cobot lists no separate location fee (ask how a second location is billed). Atrium adds nothing for a branch.
- Members who expect a native app, a long integration list or e-signatures. Cobot, Nexudus, Archie, Brskly and OfficeRnD list a member app on their entry plans, Spacebring and Optix sell one as an add-on, and DeskOS and Digicuro list iOS and Android apps. Archie, Nexudus and Optix list integrations, and Archie lists e-signatures. Atrium has none of these. Ask each vendor to show Indian GST invoicing too: only DeskOS and Digicuro mentioned it.
- An accounting hand-off to Tally or QuickBooks. DeskOS lists both under Enterprise. Atrium gives your accountant the GSTR-1 CSV files only.
- Operators outside India, or billing in other currencies. Atrium is India-only and rupee-only. Nexudus and OfficeRnD say they can invoice in several currencies.
- A vendor with customers you can phone. Atrium has none to show yet.
For one branch, Atrium's bill is occupied desks × ₹79 with no bookable meeting rooms (Atrium adds ₹200 a month for each), and has a ₹2,499 minimum. Brskly Starter is ₹4,999 for a capacity of up to 75 seats. DeskOS Basic is ₹7,999 for up to 100 active seats, its monthly figure when billed yearly. All exclude GST or other taxes. Engage Apps is left out because its page does not say whether tax is added.
| Occupied desks | Atrium | Brskly Starter | DeskOS Basic |
|---|---|---|---|
| 40 | ₹3,160 | ₹4,999 | ₹7,999 |
| 60 | ₹4,740 | ₹4,999 | ₹7,999 |
| 75 | ₹5,925 | ₹4,999 | ₹7,999 |
| 100 | ₹7,900 | above its 75-seat capacity | ₹7,999 |
The answer flips with occupancy. Atrium is lower at 40 and 60 occupied desks, Brskly Starter is lower at 75, and at 100 Atrium and DeskOS Basic are ₹99 apart. One bookable room would make Atrium ₹8,100 at 100 desks, above DeskOS Basic. Brskly and DeskOS limit seats, while Atrium charges for occupied desks, so the comparison holds only if your space fits the plan's limit.
Where Atrium is behind
Read this list before you start a trial.
- No native member app. Atrium runs in a web browser, for staff and members; there is no Android or iOS app.
- No accounting-software link. The GSTR-1 CSV files are the only export for your accountant: no Tally, Zoho or QuickBooks.
- No e-invoice IRN. Atrium does not connect to the government's e-invoice portal.
- No email. Messages go out on WhatsApp. Invoices are downloaded as PDFs, or seen by members in the portal.
- Staff raise each invoice. Choosing an agreement fills in the line, but there is no automatic recurring invoicing of members.
- No autopay. There is no UPI autopay, eNACH or stored card. A member pays each invoice in the portal through your own Razorpay account, or by transfer.
- No door access, Wi-Fi or printer link, and no e-signature. A signed agreement is uploaded as a copy.
- Some set-up is by request. Sehsaa switches on public pages and connects your own WhatsApp number on request, and produces a full data export within five working days of a written request.
- No certificate and no service-level promise. There is no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate and no uptime commitment.
- A new product. Atrium opened on 11 October 2026 and has no public customers yet, so there are no references to call and no reviews to read.
Changelog
- 15 October 2026: first published. Vendor prices and features are as read on their own pages on 15 October 2026. We plan to re-check every vendor each quarter, and will list each change here.
Questions
Which coworking software handles Indian GST?
Three of the twelve products compared say they handle Indian GST on their own sites. In Atrium, staff raise GST invoices with the place of supply set to the branch, and Atrium exports GSTR-1 files. Digicuro says it has built-in GST compliance. DeskOS says it handles VAT or GST, and lists GST IRN e-invoicing under Enterprise only. The pricing pages of the other nine did not mention Indian GST on 15 October 2026. That does not prove they lack it: ask for a demo with your GSTIN.
Is there coworking software priced in rupees?
Yes. As published on 15 October 2026, Atrium is ₹79 per occupied desk a month, down to ₹49 at scale, with a ₹2,499 minimum, excluding 18% GST. DeskOS Basic is ₹7,999 a month billed yearly, excluding GST. Brskly Starter is ₹4,999 and Premium ₹6,999, with taxes additional. Engage Apps Start is ₹14,857 a month, or ₹12,035 billed annually, and does not say whether tax is added. Digicuro does not publish prices. The global platforms showed US$, £ or € to a request from India, except Spacebring, which showed rupee figures that its page says are for information only, with billing in euros.
Which coworking tools charge per location?
Nexudus bills each location separately. Spacebring adds US$100 for an extra location, Archie lists from US$90 a month (our reading), Optix US$111 or US$129 on Essentials, and Engage Apps US$69. DeskOS lists an optional ₹5,000 set-up and training fee for each new location, and its higher plans allow more locations (Business 2, Business+ 3). Cobot lists no separate location fee and gives 15% off if you open a second location, 20% off a third or more; ask how a second location is billed. OfficeRnD Flex shows no extra-location price, and Yardi Kube puts multi-location management in its custom Core plan. Atrium adds nothing for a branch.
Do coworking members need a native app?
Not always; it depends on how your members book and pay. Atrium has no native app: members use a browser portal and get WhatsApp messages, a gap if they expect an app on their phone. Cobot lists a member app on every plan, Nexudus a Passport members' app, and Archie, Brskly and OfficeRnD a phone app on their entry plans. Spacebring and Optix sell a phone app as a paid add-on, and DeskOS (Business+ and Enterprise) and Digicuro list iOS and Android apps.
Check it against your own numbers.
Start a free 30-day workspace, with no card (up to 50 desks and 10 bookable meeting rooms), and ask your accountant to check the GST invoice and the GSTR-1 files. Prices are on the pricing page, and the switching page covers moving across.
