Atrium and Nexudus at a glance
Nexudus figures are as published on Nexudus's pricing page, checked 19 October 2026, in the currency shown. Atrium figures come from Atrium's own pricing page and Terms of service. Nothing in this table is converted to rupees; the worked example below converts, and says how.
| Atrium | Nexudus | |
|---|---|---|
| Price is set by | Occupied desks at the month-end count, across all branches, plus bookable meeting rooms | The active-user count at each location, in bands |
| Price as published | ₹79 per occupied desk (1 to 150), ₹69 (151 to 400), ₹59 (401 to 750), ₹49 (751 and above); ₹200 per bookable meeting room; ₹2,499 minimum. Excludes 18% GST | 150 a month (1 to 79 band) up to 525 (450 to 499), per location; the US$ and € figures match in every band except 210 to 219 (US$262, €247); £125 to £420 in sterling; for 500 or more, contact sales. Excludes VAT |
| A second branch | Adds nothing: branches, staff logins and members are unlimited | Billed as its own location, with its own invoice and its own active-user count |
| Currency | Rupees only | US$, euros or pounds, "depending on your location" |
| Member phone app | None: a browser portal and WhatsApp messages | The Passport members' app is included; a white-label version costs 150 a month for up to 5 locations |
| Indian GST | Place of supply set to the branch; a SAC code on each line; GSTR-1 CSV files; no e-invoice IRN | Not mentioned on the pricing pages we read |
| Accounting and door access | GSTR-1 CSV files are the only hand-off to your accountant; no door-access, Wi-Fi or printer link | The plan lists "Accounting and Ledgers" and "Access and check-in" among its features, and all free integrations |
| Card payments | Members pay in the portal through your own Razorpay account | Razorpay is among the free card gateways; other card gateways cost 10 a month per location plus 0.04 a transaction |
| Free trial | 30 days, no card, up to 50 desks and 10 bookable meeting rooms | 21 days, through its contact form |
| Support | Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. The target is to acknowledge within one working day; that is a target, not an SLA | The pricing page lists 24/7 support via email |
| Maturity | New: opened on 11 October 2026, with no public references or reviews yet | Not assessed here; ask for references |
Two ways of counting
Nexudus counts people at each location. Atrium counts occupied desks across the whole workspace. The two numbers are related but not the same, so compare them on your own space.
How Nexudus counts
- Per location, per month. Each location is priced on its own and invoiced on its own every month, and its active-user count is worked out separately (Nexudus's pricing help page).
- Active-user bands. On the pricing page, an active user is someone paying for a regular product or plan, or part of a team paid for by someone who is, or anyone invoiced or with a booking in the last 30 days. A person who visits or makes several transactions at one location counts once.
- Above 499, talk to sales. The page gives no price once the active-user count reaches 500.
- Tax and currency. Nexudus's pricing help page says its prices exclude VAT. Its pricing page offers US$, euros and pounds and says which you are invoiced in depends on your location.
Five of the 29 bands on the page, and its 500-plus row, as published on 19 October 2026. The US$ and € figures are the same in these five, but not in the 210 to 219 band, where the page shows US$262 and €247.
| Active-user count at one location | US$ or € a month | £ a month |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 79 | 150 | 125 |
| 80 to 149 | 194 | 141 |
| 200 to 209 | 252 | 204 |
| 300 to 309 | 357 | 294 |
| 450 to 499 | 525 | 420 |
| 500 or more | contact sales | contact sales |
Per its page, the Nexudus plan includes all core features, all free integrations, a learning portal, the Passport members' app, training modules, kick-off training and 24/7 support via email. Extras cost more: most paid integrations are 50 a month per location, and a white-label Passport app is 150 a month for up to 5 locations.
How Atrium counts
- Occupied desks, in one total. A desk counts when a member holds it under an agreement at the month-end count on the last day of the month. An empty desk costs nothing, and in a private cabin only the let seats count.
- The band's rate applies to every desk. The total across all branches falls into one band (₹79, ₹69, ₹59 or ₹49), and every desk is charged at that rate. Bookable meeting rooms are ₹200 each, and the minimum is ₹2,499 a month. Day passes and virtual-office clients have small charges of their own (pricing page).
- Included: unlimited branches, floors, staff logins and members; WhatsApp messages (clause 5.7 of the Terms promises 60 days' notice before that changes); no set-up fee; and free migration for up to 250 desks and 100 member companies.
The counts can differ in either direction. A person who only booked a room last week counts as active at Nexudus but occupies no desk at Atrium. A company holding six desks with two named people on the system is six occupied desks at Atrium, and may count as two at Nexudus.
A worked cost example
Method. Each row is one space with the occupancy shown. We assume one active user for each occupied desk, except in the last row. We take the Nexudus price from the band that the count falls into at each location, and convert it at ₹94.7691 per US$, the Reserve Bank of India's reference rate (published by FBIL) as at 1:00 pm on 19 October 2026, rounded to the nearest ₹10. Atrium's bill is occupied desks × the band rate, with no bookable meeting rooms (each would add ₹200). Both columns are before tax: Nexudus excludes VAT and Atrium excludes 18% GST.
| Space | Nexudus a month | Nexudus in rupees | Atrium a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| One branch, 60 occupied desks | US$150 (band 1 to 79) | about ₹14,220 | ₹4,740 (60 × ₹79) |
| Three branches, 60 occupied desks each | 3 × US$150 = US$450 | about ₹42,650 | ₹12,420 (180 × ₹69) |
| One branch, 300 occupied desks | US$357 (band 300 to 309) | about ₹33,830 | ₹20,700 (300 × ₹69) |
| An unusual case: one branch, 250 occupied desks held by companies with only 70 named people | US$150 (band 1 to 79) | about ₹14,220 | ₹17,250 (250 × ₹69) |
In the first three rows the published prices work out to a lower monthly bill on Atrium. The last row is shown because it goes the other way: when many desks are held by few named people, Nexudus's count of people can come out well below Atrium's count of desks.
Currency. We cannot tell which currency an Indian operator would be invoiced in. For the first row, 150 in euros would be about ₹15,950 at ₹106.3300 per euro, and £125 would be about ₹15,790 at ₹126.2928 per pound, from the same Reserve Bank of India date. Exchange rates move, so the rupee figures drift; the US$, euro and pound figures are the published ones.
What the example leaves out. For Nexudus: paid integrations, a white-label Passport app, card gateways other than the free ones, and training. For Atrium: the charges for rooms, passes and virtual-office clients. It also ignores what each product includes. Price is not value: Nexudus's page lists a members' phone app and 24/7 support via email, and Atrium has neither.
GST and GSTR-1
This is general information, not tax advice. Ask your accountant what you need.
What Atrium does
- The place of supply is the branch. Each branch has its own address, state and GSTIN, so a desk invoice carries CGST + SGST even when the member is registered in another state.
- A SAC code on every line, with 997212 for coworking rental. Staff raise each invoice from an agreement, and the numbering continues your existing series.
- GSTR-1 as CSV files in the GST offline-tool format: B2B, B2CS, the HSN summary, documents issued, and credit notes to registered recipients. An invoice that contradicts itself is held in a needs-review list. B2CL, exports, advances and amendments are not produced, and there is no e-invoice IRN. The GST invoicing page has the detail.
What we could see on Nexudus's pages
Nexudus's pricing pages do not mention Indian GST, SAC codes or GSTR-1 (checked 19 October 2026). That does not prove it lacks them: its help centre may cover tax settings, and we have not looked beyond the pricing pages. Its prices exclude VAT, and the pricing page says you may be invoiced in US$, euros or pounds.
Ask both vendors
- An invoice to a member registered in another state, with your GSTIN on it.
- Whether each branch can carry its own GSTIN and state.
- A SAC code on each line, and which GSTR-1 tables come out, in what format.
- Whether you need an e-invoice IRN, and whether they provide one.
- For Nexudus: in which currency, and with what tax, your own subscription invoice arrives.
Member experience
Nexudus. The members' app is Passport by Nexudus, included in the plan, and a white-label version is an add-on at 150 a month for up to 5 locations.
Atrium. There is no phone app. Members use a portal in a web browser: home, book a room, my bookings, my hot desk, my invoices (with a Pay button once you connect your own Razorpay account), feedback and my profile. They sign in with a 6-digit code sent on WhatsApp. Booking confirmations, payment reminders and renewal alerts go out on WhatsApp, included in the price; the wording of each message is fixed, because Meta approves each template. Atrium sends no email.
If your members expect an app on their phone, this is the biggest gap in Atrium, and the clearest reason to stay on Nexudus.
Integrations and payments
- Nexudus says its plans include all free integrations, and its feature list names accounting and ledgers, ACH and direct debit, and access and check-in. Most paid integrations are 50 a month per location, and Nexudus notes that its pricing excludes what each provider charges you. For card payments, Razorpay, PayPal Standard, Peach Payments and direct-debit providers are free; other card gateways cost 10 a month per location plus 0.04 per transaction. Ask Nexudus for its full integrations list, because this page compares only what its pricing pages state.
- Atrium connects to your own Razorpay account, so members can pay invoices in the portal, and sends WhatsApp messages. It has no other integrations: no Tally, Zoho or QuickBooks, no Google or Outlook calendar, no door access, Wi-Fi or printer link, no Slack or Zapier, and no email or SMS. The GSTR-1 CSV files are the only export for your accountant.
Moving from Nexudus
- What Sehsaa does. You send whatever you can export. Sehsaa builds your Atrium workspace from it: branches, floors, desks on a map, member companies, agreements and unpaid invoices. It takes five working days from the day your files arrive, costs nothing for up to 250 desks and 100 member companies, and you review it before you use it. The switching page has the full list and a checklist.
- What to ask Nexudus for. We have not tested Nexudus's exports, and its pricing pages do not describe them. Pull each list you can see on screen (resources, members and companies, contracts, invoices, your floor plan) and ask Nexudus support in writing for a full account export, early.
- What does not come across, from any platform: historical bookings, invoices already settled elsewhere, stored cards and auto-charge mandates, your old visitor register, and members' old logins. Only unpaid invoices move, as opening balances.
- Keep a way back. Do not cancel Nexudus before your go-live day, and keep access to it for about 90 days. We have not read your Nexudus agreement, so check its notice and cancellation terms.
Who should stay on Nexudus
Stay, or look elsewhere, if any of these is true.
- Your members expect an app. Nexudus includes the Passport members' app. Atrium has none.
- You need integrations. Nexudus says its plans include all free integrations and lists accounting and ledgers, and access and check-in. Atrium has Razorpay and WhatsApp, and nothing for accounting, calendars or door access.
- You operate outside India, or bill in several currencies. Atrium is India only and rupees only.
- You rely on email. Atrium sends none.
- Your people are far fewer than your desks. The last row of the example shows a space where Nexudus's count of people comes out lower than Atrium's count of desks.
- You want references you can phone. Atrium has no public references yet.
- It already works. Switching costs your time even when the migration is free.
Other gaps in Atrium: no autopay (no UPI autopay, eNACH or stored card), no e-signature, no automatic recurring invoicing of members (staff raise each invoice), some set-up by request (public pages, your own WhatsApp number, a full data export), and no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate and no uptime commitment.
Atrium may fit if you bill in rupees, want GST invoices and GSTR-1 files from the same records, run several branches and would rather not pay for each one, and are happy for members to use a browser and WhatsApp.

Questions
Does Nexudus charge per location?
Yes. Nexudus prices each location by its own active-user count, in monthly bands, and sends one invoice per location each month (its pricing help page, read on 19 October 2026). On the pricing page, an active-user count of 1 to 79 is 150 a month per location in US$ or euros (£125), and 450 to 499 is 525 (£420). Atrium adds nothing for a branch: occupied desks are counted across all branches, and branches, staff logins and members are unlimited.
Can I export my data from Nexudus?
We have not tested Nexudus's exports, and its pricing pages do not describe them, so we cannot say. Before you cancel, pull every list you can see on screen (resources, members and companies, contracts, invoices and your floor plan) and ask Nexudus support in writing for a full account export. Sehsaa can start from whatever you can get, including spreadsheets.
How long does switching to Atrium take?
Sehsaa moves a space of up to 250 desks and 100 member companies into Atrium in five working days from the day your files arrive, at no charge, and you review the workspace before you use it. A larger space gets a date in writing on the first call. Keep your Nexudus account until after your go-live day.
Run your own numbers in a free trial.
Start a free 30-day workspace, with no card (up to 50 desks and 10 bookable meeting rooms), and ask your accountant to check the GST invoice and the GSTR-1 files. Prices are on the pricing page, and the switching page covers moving across.
